Three questions a bill tracker should answer
How much is due this month? Which day does each bill land? Which bills repeat on something other than a monthly cycle? A printable bill tracker or a spreadsheet answers the first two if you update it every month. You still have to remember to look, and to move each quarterly bill to its next date.
How Kelo keeps track
- Each bill on its day. Add the amount and the cycle once. Kelo works out every charge date and rolls it forward: water every two months, car insurance once a year, the gym every four weeks. The full calendar comes with Premium.
- The month’s total in advance. The home screen shows what this month already owes, and a widget shows it without opening the app.
- A reminder before the due date. With Premium, Kelo notifies you 1 to 14 days before each charge.
- No bank connection. Kelo works from the bills you enter and never asks for your bank login. Why that matters for subscriptions.
Bills that aren’t monthly
A bill due every four weeks charges you 13 times a year. The billing cycle changes the yearly total, and a tracker that only understands “monthly” gets it wrong:

Kelo counts every charge on its real date, so over a full year the bill due every four weeks adds up to 13 charges, not 12.
