Three questions a bill tracker should answer
How much is due this month? Which day does each bill land? Which bills repeat on something other than a monthly cycle? A printable bill tracker or a spreadsheet answers the first two if you update it every month. You still have to remember to look, and to move each quarterly bill to its next date.
How Kelo keeps track
- Each bill on its day. Add the amount and the cycle once. Kelo places every charge on the calendar and rolls it forward: water every two months, car insurance once a year, the gym every four weeks.
- The month’s total in advance. The home screen shows what this month already owes, and a widget shows it without opening the app.

Bills that aren’t monthly
A bill due every four weeks charges you 13 times a year. The billing cycle changes the yearly total, and a tracker that only understands “monthly” gets it wrong:
