Terms of use

Effective August 8, 2026.

Kelo is an iPhone app developed by Jose Pedro Franco Moreno (trading as Juice Studio), a self-employed individual based in Spain. By downloading and using it, you accept these terms.

1. What Kelo is, and what it is not

Kelo is for writing down your subscriptions, bills and expenses, seeing what you will be charged and when, and getting a heads-up before each charge.

Kelo is NOT a financial service. It does not connect to your bank, it does not move money, it does not make payments or cancel subscriptions for you, and it does not provide financial, tax or investment advice. The figures you see come from what you enter: if something is wrong or missing, the total will be wrong. Cancelling a service is always done wherever you signed up for it.

2. Free plan and Premium

You can use Kelo without paying, with a cap on how many recurring expenses you can have at once and no cap on one-off ones. The current limit is shown inside the app.

Kelo Premium is an auto renewable subscription, monthly or annual, that lifts that cap and adds alerts before each charge, the full calendar, monthly limits, savings goals, automatic logging and sync.

3. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through your App Store account. The price is shown in the app before you confirm and may vary by country.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You can cancel any time in iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. We cannot issue them.

If you stop being Premium you lose nothing you have already saved: what gets capped is how much more you can add from then on.

4. Your data is yours

What you enter in Kelo belongs to you. We do not sell it or hand it over for commercial purposes. How it is handled is set out in the privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not decompile the app, try to bypass the limits of the free plan, or use the service for anything unlawful or harmful to other users or to the infrastructure.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kelo running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error free availability. We may change, add or remove features, and update these terms: material changes will be announced in the app or on this page with a new date.

7. Liability

Kelo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for financial decisions made on the basis of information in the app, nor for charges, fees or unwanted renewals. None of this limits the consumer rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and to use any dispute resolution schemes available to you. Questions: hola@juice-studio.com.
